Pender County Historical Museum, 200 W Bridges St, Burgaw, NC 28425, USA
For history lovers, catch a glimpse of the town's magical past in this museum housed in Burgaw's first brick house (circa 1917), known as the Burton-Noel House.
It's open for self-guided tours from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. Thursday and Friday, and from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.

Historic Burgaw Train Depot, 115 S Dickerson St, Burgaw, NC 28425, USA
The original building, now the warehouse section, was built in about 1850, which still shows signs of a Union cavalry attack in 1863. To visit the small museum inside, call the Town of Burgaw at 910-259-2151.
