Winter in North Carolina can get pretty brutal on the mountain but that cold weather, coupled with a variety of outdoor winter attractions and activities, is precisely what draws people to Boone during the cold weather months. From skiing (Appalachian Ski Resort, Sugar Mountain, Beech Mountain Ski Resort) to the south’s largest snow tubing park (Hawksnest at Seven Devils), this town in the Highlands of North Carolina is centrally located to all of them and has so much to offer.
A full breakfast is served on Saturday and Sunday mornings, and dinner is served seven days a week beginning at 11:30 a.m. Reservations are highly recommended, but not required – except on certain holidays.
