Hey there, New Jersey! A lot of people love pickles, include one of my favorite people. Are you a pickle person? If so, you're going to fall in love. If not, this shop still has a lot to offer...

Let's start with a primer on pickles...they're basically cucumbers cured in vinegar or fermented in brine. Then, they're seasoned.

Seems pretty basic, but at Kilhaney's Pickles in Hackettstown, pickles are anything but.

There are so many varieties to choose from, including Garlic Dillicious, Ragin Cajun, Freaky Tiki (pickles and pineapple), Mango Tango, and the crazy spicy Carolina Reaper.

These pickles are all-natural, preservative-free, and Jersey fresh!

And they "pickle" more than pickles. Pictured is a seasonal spiced pumpkin. You'll also find cauliflower, candied ginger & carrot, and beets.

And we also love the sauces. Spice is nice! You'll find a variety of BBQ and hot sauces. Try Pineapple Papaya BBQ or Ghost Pepper & Blueberry Hot Sauce. Yum!!!

Kilhaney's Pickles is located at 179 Main Street, Hackettstown. It is open Tuesday-Sunday from 12-8. If you visit on the weekend, you can check out the Alpaca Ranch nearby.
