Is it just me or are steaks getting smaller? Years ago, you could find a good 24 oz. (or more) prime rib at a sizable selection of New Jersey restaurants. For this article, I had to hunt the menus of dozens of restaurants and steakhouses in the Garden State. I’m not saying smaller steaks are a bad thing but if you think bigger is better, you’re in luck. I found several spots worthy of writing about but one stood out.
