Union City is a working class neighborhood in Hudson County, often overlooked in favor of nearby Hoboken and Jersey City. It doesn’t offer a multitude of museums and you won’t find an abundance of art galleries, but you will find some of the best Cuban cuisine in the United States.
Pan Con Todo means "Bread With Everything" and it offers budget-friendly fare including incredible empanadas. Owned and operated by the Alfonso family since 1974, they're best known for their Cuban sandwiches. They also offer a pick-up window offering up quick bites like empanadas and delectable churros. If you're craving sangria, this spot has you covered.
