The cafe got its start in 1996 operating as a simple restaurant with plastic forks and plates. And, the dining room was set up in the actual kitchen!

Over time they've expanded to offer a designated dining are for visitors to enjoy their meals. And, just in case the location at the side of an active airfield isn't enough, the indoor decor is enough to remind you where you are.
