The Grooviest Place To Dine In Nebraska Is Grateful Bread/Freakbeat Vegetarian, A Hippie-Themed Restaurant
Nebraska may be located in the middle of beef country, but that doesn’t mean we’re all about the steak. There are plenty of amazing vegetarian restaurants here, but the granddaddy of them all might be Grateful Bread in Lincoln. It’s been serving vegetarian, vegan, and other healthy options in a totally groovy setting since 1998.
