There’s A Restaurant On This Remote Wyoming Ranch You’ll Want To Visit
This remote ranch in Wyoming has a lot to offer. Not only can you spend the day exploring the ranch, hanging out with the animals, and taking the train out to see the bison, you can sit down, relax, and enjoy a nice meal on-site at this restaurant in the middle of a bison ranch.
The Senator's Steakhouse at the Terry Bison Ranch Resort is located just outside of Cheyenne.
The Senator's has been serving lunch and dinner for over 100 years.
Theodore Roosevelt ate dinner here twice. The 26th President of the United States stayed at the ranch as a guest. Menus created for these two special occasions are displayed at the restaurant.
Jalapeno bottlecaps or the Spinach Artichoke Bread Bowl are two of the most popular starters at the Senator's.
This restaurant even caught The Food Network's attention when they heard that English chef, Jamie Oliver, thought that the bison burger was the best he had ever eaten.
The beef at the Senator's, including the bison, is hand cut and cooked to order.
Some of their menu options include bison or beef burgers, buffalo ribeye, USDA choice hand-cut beef ribeye, Buffalo Brats and a buffalo meatball sub.
This restaurant that earned first place honors at the 2013 Cheyenne Ribfest is located at 51 I-25 Service Road East in Cheyenne.
