Before you go, however, make sure you call the farm. The lavender farm welcomes guests by appointment only and if they're open when you stop by.

Stroll the rows of lavender at this farm that dates back more than a century, but it wasn't always a lavender farm.

The farm originally focused on producing dairy before it transitioned to a beef farm. Since 2017, however, when the first 500 lavender plants were planted, it has been a blossoming flower farm.
