Located in Coos County, Shore Acres State Park is a breathtaking place that features stunning ocean views as well as a beautiful botanical garden.

The 5-acre park is home to a rose garden, a Japanese garden, a lily pond, a beach, walking trails, an ocean observation building, and more.

The ocean views are simply unparalleled. Along the cliffs are numerous amazing viewpoints; watching the epic collision of roaring waves against the rugged shoreline is thoroughly mesmerizing.

It's an especially amazing place for whale watching and storm watching.
