Located right along the Red River, the Greenway of Greater Grand Forks is the perfect place for the residents of Grand Forks, North Dakota, and East Grand Forks, Minnesota to enjoy miles upon miles of trails, golf courses, playgrounds, and more. The fun doesn't stop when the temperatures drop and the ground becomes covered in snow - you can visit this unique park in North Dakota any time of the year!

More than 2,000 acres of riverside beauty is accessible in the winter. The sights are just as stunning as in the summer, if not more beautiful when the snow and ice adds a bit of an enchanting element to it all.

The trails remain open, too, with groomed trails for skiing, regular hiking trails, and even designated trails for snowmobiling.

With more than 20 miles of trails here, you could easily spend all day exploring the Greenway.
