This Historic Montana Warehouse Is Now A Steakhouse With The Most Mouthwatering Meals
The Bertoglio Warehouse building of Uptown Butte dates back to the year 1900. And while the historic vibe remains, its warehouse days are long over — in fact, it’s now one of the most popular steakhouses and lounges in town. And as if the historic aspect wasn’t reason enough to check out Casagranda’s Steakhouse, they happen to serve some of the best steaks in Montana.
Casagranda's Steakhouse is located on Utah Street in Uptown Butte.
You'll know you've arrived when you see the Highlander Beer sign, which was once distributed by Bertoglio McTaggert distributors. This sign is one of many other 'ghost signs' you'll see in the neighborhood.
Inside, the space is cozy and rustic.
The warehouse that was here closed in 1975, leaving the space to be renovated into the restaurant it is today.
Here, the focus has always been on seasoned, hand-cut, Rocky Mountain grown beef.
The steak here definitely has a unique (and delicious) flavor.
The steaks are locally famous, and they -- along with the other entrees -- come with plenty of sides.
You'll be served house bread, the soup of the day, a salad (or shrimp cocktail), and your choice of potato or pasta.
As if that wasn't enough, each meal ends with a serving of scrumptious Wilcoxson's ice cream.
No one ever leaves Casagranda's Steakhouse hungry.
The steakhouse bar is known as Guido's Bar, and it's the perfect place to relax with a cocktail after a long day.
Guido's also serves a selection of specialty wines, local beer, and the full food menu.
Casagrande's Steakhouse and Guido's Bar is a beloved spot to add to your list the next time you're in Butte.
They're open daily, from 5 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. Sunday - Wednesday and 5 - 10 p.m. the rest of the week.
Address: 801 Utah Avenue, Butte, MT, 59701
