The building, however, has been around much longer. It was built in 1889 (the same year Montana became a state) as the Broadwater Hotel and Natatorium. At 30,000 square feet, the Broadwater Hot Springs Natatorium pool was the largest indoor pool in the world.
In 1935, an earthquake damaged the Natatorium so severely that it was condemned.

The hotel was shut down in 1941 due to gambling, eventually reopening in 1979 as the Broadwater Athletic Club and Hot Springs. It changed ownership in 2015 when the name was changed to its current one and the property was renovated.

The property boasts a beautiful saltwater springs pool, a peaceful soaking pool, a hot tub, and a refreshing cold plunge. The Springs Pool is kept between 97 to 102 degrees, which is perfect for soothing sore muscles.
