They're open from April-September, which is a pretty long season for a burger stand.

If you've ever been to Seeley Lake's Ice Cream Place, you know they also serve tasty burgers and got dogs to go along with those famous soft serve cones. Their opening and closing dates vary, but they're almost always open by mid-May, and you can count on them to serve you all summer.
7. Last Chance Ranch Wagon Ride Dinners, 2884 Grizzly Gulch Dr., Helena
This is more of an experience than a restaurant, but you'll definitely want to enjoy a wagon ride dinner from Helena's Last Chance Ranch from June-September. Ride on a horse-drawn wagon to Montana’s all green Moose Mountain Cabin, enjoy a gourmet multi-course meal, then listen to live outdoor music featuring Montana local Bruce Anfinson.
