The Four Way Restaurant In Missouri Sits In A Former Gas Station And Is A Must Visit

The Four Way Restaurant in Missouri, located in a former gas station, offers a unique dining experience with American and Mediterranean dishes.

Sometimes the most memorable dining experiences come in the most unique of places - like this restaurant in Missouri that sits in a former gas station. Today, it's been transformed into a bright and lively restaurant that serves American and Mediterranean dishes, offering both dine in and take out.

Where The Four Way Restaurant, in Cuba, now sits, was once home to Carr's gas station and Pontiac dealership (in 1932). It later changed ownership, becoming a Mobil Gas Station.

Then, in 2016, The Four Way Restaurant opened, offering locals and travelers the opportunity to indulge in authentic Mediterranean dishes.

Today, due to current events, The Four Way is offering curbside, so you can still try some of their most popular dishes.

Peruse the menu that features such scrumptious starters as crispy chickpeas, brussel sprouts, and toasted ravioli.

If you're craving something light and delicious, try the Spencer salad, complete with romaine lettuce, olives, and feta cheese. Top it with Tzatziki, ranch, or house vinaigrette dressing.

For the main course, choose between the chicken kabob, a gyro with beef or lamb, or the classic burger. The burger comes grilled with a side of fries. Top your burger with cheese, bacon, and onions.

Don't forget to save room for dessert. Cap off your taste-tantalizing meal with a helping of baklava or mosaiko.
