We have so many great natural lazy rivers in Missouri that there’s really no need to go to a crowded water park — just let nature take care of you by relaxing in a tube on a hot day! Many outfitters also offer rafts or kayaks if you prefer something a little different, but we love leaning back in a tube and not having to worry about anything else.
What are some of the best beaches in Missouri?
We may not have access to the ocean, but we have so many great rivers and lakes in the Show-Me State that means we have plenty of great beaches in Missouri. Check out Long Branch State Park in Macon: it’ll have you feeling like you’re relaxing in the Caribbean!
