The Amish Flea Market Every Mississippian Needs To Explore At Least Once
If you’re a fan of flea markets and Amish goods, you’ve got to pay a visit to 49 Flea Market. In addition to hundreds of vendors, the indoor market features an Amish store packed with fresh goods and handmade merchandise. With so much to offer, this is one shopping destination every Mississippian should visit at least once. It’s always an adventure and you’ll spot new and exciting items every time you go. Take a look:
Dubbed "south Mississippi’s premier flea market," the marketplace is located in Hattiesburg.
In addition to its size, it’s the flea market’s atmosphere that makes it unique. Each booth is different and the market as a whole is designed to look like an old country town.
It's charming and photo worthy all on its own, so even if you don't feel like purchasing anything, you can still have a fun time walking around and checking everything out.
The exciting thing about flea markets is you never quite know what you're going to find. This vintage car is a prime example! Though we can't say if you'll be able to drive it right off the lot.
These unique items will make your weekday dinners and Sunday brunches so much more special. Many of these food items are made by local Amish communities so they have the special flavor and care of homemade foods.
But it's not just edible merchandise that you'll find. The Amish Store also sells non-edible Amish items, such as soap...
These are unique and beautifully crafted furniture items and they're very accessibly priced. This is really the place to go for handmade, quality furniture.
