5. El Taco Luchador
There are two El Taco Luchador locations in Louisville; one in the Highlands, and the other in St. Matthews. Both offer fresh, delicious tacos in a bright, fun building. Try their crispy fish taco, and be sure to drizzle on the hot sauces they offer if you enjoy an extra kick.

This is an excellent choice if you're looking for Mexican to-go. This restaurant is located close to the University of Louisville campus, so this is an awesome Mexican spot for students.
