Sakanaya is open Monday through Thursday for lunch between 11:30 a.m. and 2 p.m. as well as for dinner between 5 p.m. and 10 p.m. It is also open Friday through Saturday between 11:30 a.m. and 2 p.m. for lunch and 5 p.m. to 12 a.m. for dinner, and you can get more details on its website or Facebook page.
