Owner Jonathan Tucker discussed favorite menu items and said, "While pulled pork is our number one seller, our hickory-smoked pork ribs are fall-off-the-bone tender and delicious. The ribs, like most of our smoked meats, are served with our signature bar-b-q sauces on the side to complement the smoke flavor instead of covering it up."

That’s the spirit we wanted to share with our community, and it’s been our mission ever since."
The Notorious P.I.G. BBQ, Montana

The Notorious P.I.G. BBQ’s owner, Burke Holmes, has brought Missouri BBQ to Montana, letting flavors develop low and slow and creating a space where folks can enjoy a delicious meal at an equally leisurely pace. The pitmasters at this Missoula BBQ joint make everything from scratch, and food sells out fast—don’t sleep on the ribs.
Why is this BBQ so darn good? According to Notorious P.I.G., "We begin cooking every morning at 4 a.m. and only cook enough to get us through the day. You can be sure that what you’re eating is fresh and made with love, but come get it while it’s hot!"
