Food trucks don't always get the best rap, but Twisted Grilled Cheese is changing the game. This cutting-edge eatery puts a fresh spin on one of America's favorite comfort foods.

You'll find seven different grilled cheeses on the menu, each one an entirely unique flavor combination. Pictured here is the '5 Cheese Pepperoni Pizza' and 'Twisted Burger." That cheese pull is speaking straight to our soul.

Philly Cheesesteak doesn't have to be served on a hoagie roll — it makes a mean grilled cheese, as well! This baby is loaded with marinated ribeye, caramelized peppers and onions, and three different cheeses: white American, provolone, and mozzarella.

Other options include buffalo chicken, BBQ brisket, grilled chicken, and five cheese. You can also add turkey, ham, bacon, or make any sandwich vegan for a small additional fee.

Dessert grilled cheese? Pinch us, we must be dreaming. One has brie, apple butter, and fresh apple slices, while the other is stuffed to the brim with cream cheese mousse, caramel, and chocolate. Are you drooling yet?
