Owner Marty Hall has been flipping burgers in this location for over 30 years and named the diner after his late father Sid. This diner was their dream; Marty and the whole staff want to treat everyone who walks through the door like family. Sid's Diner is one of the first places in the country to serve "onion burgers" and theirs are some of the best we have ever tasted.

Sid's Diner is located in El Reno on Historic Route 66 and is open Monday through Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

If you are going to make a trip to Sid's be forewarned the line sometimes wraps around the building. This is the kind of place where you don't want to be in a hurry but we promise you it's worth the wait.

"Perfection" is often how Sid's onion burgers are described. Marty Hall has personally made over 5 million of these scrumptious burgers and all who partake are completely satisfied.

Their giant burger is not for the faint of heart. We dare you to see if you can finish the whole thing.

If you want to try something other than a burger, we suggest this awesome chili dog. It comes smothered in cheese and chili and it's every cheese dog lover's dream.

Be sure not to pass over the tater tots. They are topped with cheese and are almost as good as their burgers.
