Himalayan Yak Has An All-You-Can-Eat Bar In North Dakota That’s Full Of Eastern Flavor

If you're ever in the mood for something a little different (or if you've got an existing affinity for delicious Himalayan food), we found just the place. Nestled within beautiful Fargo is a little buffet that's surely going to knock your socks right off. It's called Himalayan Yak, and it's filled with so much amazing eastern flavor that it's tough to pick what to rave about first. If you're a big fan of hugely flavorful food options, you're going to be a huge fan of Himalayan Yak.

It's got a regular menu with traditional ordering (and highly customizable dishes!), but it's also got a delectable chaat bar filled with amazing delights. Trust us when we say you'll truly wish you could eat it all.

The vibe in here is bustling and busy, but somehow still laid back.

The restaurant aims to make diners feel as if they're somewhere in Nepal eating some of the mind-blowing street food they'd find there. It's easy to forget you're in Fargo when some of these dishes are around.

The aromas that hit you the moment you walk in the door are almost intimidating in their intensity.

The food is packed with just as much flavor as the air around here is packed with delightful scents.

Although Himalayan Yak is notorious for its amazing vegetarian cuisine, there are plenty of meaty dishes, too.

You'll find so many different things to combine and try that it might be hard to pick the first time you come out. Don't worry, we're not here to judge - we don't know what we'd get right off the tops of our heads, either.

Himalayan Yak is closed on Sundays, but you can come by and enjoy any other day of the week.

It's open Monday through Saturday for lunch from noon to 2 p.m., and for dinner from 4:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.
