The gourmet pickle eatery on the Lower East Side is filled with barrels of pickled goods.

The Pickle Guys specialize in pickling, with owner Alan Kaufman using old Eastern European recipes and barreling the pickles to cure just like how his mother taught him.

And The Pickle Guys know more than most that you should never underestimate the power of pickle juice!

On the wall, you'll find the menu where you can see all the pickled goods that are available and their prices.

Mixing the old with the new, you'll find classics like pickled watermelon and Russell Borscht as well as more modern takes like pickled pineapple and pickled turnips. They've got it all!

You may feel quickly compelled to try out their Hot Pickles, but if you left The Pickle Guys without trying some pickle juice... you'd regret it!
