The hidden restaurant within a restaurant will serve just 8 diners.For $50, patrons will receive 12 pieces of sushi, hand-selected by talented and experienced chefs. This style of dining is known as Omakase. There is no menu and there are no orders. Patrons will enjoy a delicious, carefully selected surprise.The meal will be timed, set to last one hour. It will be guided by the chef, for a customized one-of-a-kind experience. Only the freshest fish will be served and beverages will include sake, signature cocktails, Japanese beers and whiskies.
