A Sushi Speakeasy Will Be Opening Soon At Ani Ramen In New Jersey

Ani Ramen in Jersey City will soon feature a sushi speakeasy offering a unique Omakase dining experience.

Ani Ramen is a hip noodle spot with several locations in New Jersey. You'll find them in Jersey City, Montclair, Maplewood, and Summit. They're all fantastic but one location will be offering an extra-special dining experience shortly. Head to Newark Avenue in Jersey City to discover a sushi speakeasy!

Ani Ramen brings a bit of Tokyo to New Jersey, pairing a tradition of quality with modern takes on classic dishes.

It's a great destination for date night, fun with friends, or a family dinner. The sleek spot serves up six kinds of ramen, from spicy miso to a vegan option.

The menu also includes kimchi, don buri bowls, pork buns, fried tofu, and plenty more.

When it comes to drinks, there's green tea, lemonade, soda, sake, and one of the largest selections of Japanese whisky in the country.

Soon, it will be the most popular sushi spot in town. You'll find a gourmet dining experience at their new sushi speakeasy.

Sushi by Bou, a popular NYC spot, will be opening its newest speakeasy location behind a secret door in Ani Ramen. The hidden restaurant within a restaurant will serve just 8 diners.For $50, patrons will receive 12 pieces of sushi, hand-selected by talented and experienced chefs. This style of dining is known as Omakase. There is no menu and there are no orders. Patrons will enjoy a delicious, carefully selected surprise.The meal will be timed, set to last one hour. It will be guided by the chef, for a customized one-of-a-kind experience. Only the freshest fish will be served and beverages will include sake, signature cocktails, Japanese beers and whiskies.

If you're looking for a personalized and intimate dining experience that's still fairly friendly on the wallet, this may be it. Fifty dollars per person isn't too shabby for a unique night out, especially in Hudson County.
