The Fieldhouse is located at 2601 Minnesota Avenue in Billings, where it has been since its 2012 opening.

Owners Ben and Krystal Harman opened the eatery after dreaming of opening a restaurant based on serving simple, delicious whole foods that were grown nearby.

Sustainability plays a big role in the way business is done here.

Luckily, that culture has continued to take root. Besides, we all know there's no better place to "eat local" than Montana.

The menu rotates seasonally, based on the freshest ingredients available from the local farms and ranches.

While this is considered an American restaurant, you might find some fusion cuisine at times, depending on what's available.

In addition to the regular lunch and dinner menu, The Fieldhouse often offers a daily special.

This is a perfect combination of fettuccine, roasted chicken, olives, sun-dried tomatoes, fresh herbs, and a white wine butter sauce that was made in-house. Absolutely everything here is made on site, and it makes a world of difference in how the food tastes.

Brunch is served on Saturdays and Sundays from 9 a.m. - 2 p.m., and it's worth setting your alarm for.

The Fried Chicken Benedict is somehow even tastier than it looks.

While the lunch menu mainly focuses on things like the Fried Chicken Sandwich, Swanky Salads, and the classic Fieldhouse Burger, the dinner menu has some heartier entrees.

But if you're wondering what the best meal of the day is to enjoy here, the answer is all of them. However, we do not recommend attempting this on the same day.

The Fieldhouse is open for on-site dining and takeout every day but Monday.

Weekends are reserved for brunch and lunch.
