The owner and baker, Sharon, opened the bakery in 2012 after a complete remodel of the old bank building. You'll find that many of the ingredients used at Pie Safe come from local farms from the southeast Missouri area.

The cinnamon rolls are huge and tasty! They come covered in homemade icing and are perfect for breakfast.

Upgrade your sandwich, order freshly baked bread and taste the difference. This soft, yet substantial loaf pairs perfectly with their homemade jams and jellies.

Stop in for a snack and try their perfectly chewy cookies. You can call and custom order a batch or stop in and see what's behind the counter.
