The only hint of the speakeasy—besides the red light—is a small plaque on a wall reading "The LW."

Once you determine how to enter, walk downstairs into a basement and prepare yourself for a night of drink and jazz.

Dim with rich dark wood, walls covered in vintage photos, and a full bar for any drink your heart desires, this clandestine bar is everything you'd wish for in a speakeasy of yesteryear.

The bar options are extensive. You can order from a list of wines and beers but cocktails are what the bartenders here specialize in.

Their cocktail menu is arranged by palate, shifting from light, citrusy drinks to those heavier, spicier, and more bitter or sweeter in flavor. In fact, one of their last drinks listed is the Flaming Volcano, a pricey drink featuring "lots of rum, a bit of brandy, [and] more rum."

If you're really hoping for a vintage experience, the bar also serves old fashioned absinthe drinks.
