South Moon BBQ opened as a business 14 years ago and was an immediate hit in the neighborhood. They offer indoor and outdoor dining, as well as carry-out options.

The town of Hinckley, Illinois is about 55 miles west of Chicago. It's a very small town with a population of just over 2,000 people.

The restaurant offers delicious classics like ribs, pulled pork sandwiches, and wings. For drinks, you'll find offering like sodas, iced tea, and a wide array of craft beer.

For the more adventurous, there are spicy nachos, and also a pile of food called the Chuck Norris. For this, they combine pork belly, pulled pork, chicken, brisket, and brats.

Thanks to their commitment to consistency, South Moon BBQ often appears on "Best Of" BBQ lists in Illinois!

Though they've been in business since 2009, they moved into their current location in 2014.
