Served between two grilled cheese sandwiches, this indulgent burger means serious business.
Holy Cow is a premier craft burger and beer restaurant in Nampa, Idaho. It may seem like a pretty typical burger joint at first, but just wait...we guarantee you haven't seen anything like it before!
First of all, the burgers at Holy Cow are over-the-top delicious in just about every way possible. All of their burgers consist of a 1/3-pound of grass-fed beef stacked with a mouthwatering assortment of toppings on a toasted brioche bun.
The classic burgers are big, but they're nothing compared to the restaurant's namesake creation. The Holy Cow is a behemoth burger that will leave you in absolute awe when it's set in front of you.
The Holy Cow also consists of two 1/3-pound patties stacked with double bacon, American cheese, and Holy Cow Sauce. And to top it all off, it's sandwiched between two grilled cheese sandwiches! It ain't healthy, but it's absolutely downright delicious.
The rest of the menu is just as indulgent, too! Among their appetizers, you'll find unique creations like Mac & Cheese Egg Rolls, Fried Pickles, Kung Pao Brussel Sprouts, Dank Tots, and Elk Sliders.
If you don't feel like a burger, you can always opt for one of their equally drool-worthy sandwiches. They also offer Fish & Chips and Chicken Tenders baskets.
One thing's for sure, you better bring a BIG appetite when you visit Holy Cow in Nampa. You're going to need it if you want to tackle one of these gigantic burger creations. Bon appétit!
