On your way down to Key West, make sure to take a detour off Overseas Highway in Key Largo to The Key Largo Conch House.

Second generation, family-owned and operated since 2004, this incredible seafood spot is a hidden gem but so worth the stop.

For starters, it wouldn’t be fair to be named a conch house without making conch a staple on this menu. Kick off your menu with a platter of deliciously deep-fried conch fritters.

Keep the meal going with seasonal and locally sourced fresh ingredients. This restaurant sources many ingredients here from local farmers and seafood markets, no matter the time of year.

What’s even more, this beloved restaurant has been featured on The Travel Channel, Food Network, Emeril’s Florida, and now OnlyInYourState!

If you are driving by The Key Largo Conch House early, fear not. The breakfast options here are equally as delicious as the seafood. Try the Key Lime pancakes or the Lobster Benedict.

And make sure you stick around for dessert. Many visitors have declared this to be the best Key Lime Pie in the area.

On your next drive down south to Key West, Florida, make sure to take a detour to this delightful hidden gem seafood spot.
