There Is A Place In Colorado That Serves Butterbeer Floats… And You Will Want To Visit

The Inventing Room in Denver offers unique desserts, including a Butterbeer Float inspired by the Harry Potter series.

You have read the books and seen the movies countless times... but have you ever TRIED one of the famous Butterbeers from the iconic Harry Potter series? If you answered no, fear not, for this Colorado sweet shop sells DELICIOUS Butterbeer Floats:

Located in Denver's hip Highland neighborhood is the must-visit Inventing Room, which serves up delicious sweets with a side of science.

Recently re-opened, The Inventing Room is one of the most unique restaurants in Colorado, as it allows visitors the chance to see their dairy treat whipped up in front of them and then bathed in a bath of liquid nitrogen.

What can one expect to find at a "Willy Wonka Inspired" eatery? For starters, there is a to-die-for S'mores Ice Cream Sandwich with a Toasted Housemade Marshmallow...

...Tiramisu Nitro Sundae (complete with coffee ice cream, salted chocolate & lady fingers with exploding whipped cream)...

...and even some good old-fashioned ice cream and sorbet!

While everything on the menu is as amazing as it sounds, we can't help but gush over one item in particular: The Inventing Room's Butterbeer Float with homemade whipped cream!

(What makes up a Butterbeer Float? It's a secret, but one of the key ingredients is a creamy Butterscotch Soda.)

The Inventing Room is located at 4986 Morrison Rd in Denver and is open weekdays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. For more information, please visit The Inventing Room's website.
