A Comic Book Themed Restaurant In Arizona, ComicX Will Bring Out Your Inner Super Hero

While fewer people actually read comic books anymore, the characters have never been more popular. ComicX, a restaurant based in Mexico, opened its very first U.S. location - and we're now lucky enough to have the ComicX restaurant in Arizona!

ComicX officially opened its first U.S. location right here in Phoenix.

Spanning 8,000 square feet, this new addition to Desert Ridge Marketplace pays homage to pop culture and nerd-friendly icons.

More than 30 superheroes and villains from the past six decades are posed in valiant stances around the restaurant.

You'll also see the entire Simpsons family, Kung Fu Panda, and other non-superhero (but equally awesome) characters.

No two areas of the restaurant are alike, so you could visit every week and have a completely different experience.

Sit underneath floating candles in the Hogwarts dining hall, have drinks with Master Chief from Halo, and dine alongside Wonder Woman and Green Lantern. There are even real gaming consoles for guests to play on!

Padawans, rejoice: the second floor is essentially a Death Star replica.

Yoda and Darth Vader statues, busts of Boba and Jango Fett, and a cute little BB8 sitting on the countertop help make the scene eerily realistic.

Start your meal with some 'Wonder Wings', 'Galactic Guacamole,' or 'Dynamic Duo Tostadas.'

Your taste buds won't stand a chance against these explosive flavors, so prepare to be overwhelmed in the best way possible.

For the main course, classic favorites like pizza, Portobello Punch burgers, and salads like the Asian Pow all have the superpower of deliciousness.

Indulge in some non-alcoholic butterbeer or a volcano cake for dessert to end things with a bang.
