Our tip: don't miss the bread pudding! Plus, did we mention that Columbia Restaurant is also one of the oldest in Florida? It was founded in 1905! Also, remember that during weekends and festive seasons, the restaurant receives many visitors. So, be sure to make reservations early.

2. February: Romantic Waterfront Dining at Latitudes on Sunset Key

What better way to celebrate February than with a trip to one of the most romantic restaurants in the state? Latitudes is a secluded restaurant on Sunset Key that has consistently ranked highly over the years. What makes this place so special is the location - you’ll need a ferry ride to get there, and then you will be able to dine right on the water. For romantic occasions, sunset reservations are recommended.

3. March: Rustic Charm and Fresh Flavors at Linger Lodge

We’re going to switch it up quickly for the month of March and adventure to one of the strangest swamp restaurants in the state. Linger Lodge offers a menu that strays from mainstream cuisine, so make sure you’re feeling a bit brave before you go. This Bradenton gem has made waves over the years, and we guarantee this is one experience you’ve never had before. Even though accessibility may be limited by its historic structure and natural surroundings, the rustic lodge-style restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor seating.

4. April: Dine Among the Trees at Norwood’s Treetop Restaurant

As soon as the weather starts to warm up in New Smyrna Beach, it becomes the perfect time to visit Norwood's Treetop Restaurant. Dine high above the ground in an actual treehouse restaurant and enjoy a bevy of American food with craft cocktails to boot. Elevated walkways not only lead guests into the treetop dining areas but also create a one-of-a-kind atmosphere that’s especially enjoyable during warm spring evenings.

5. May: Seafood with a View at Rum Bay Restaurant

A visit to Rum Bay Restaurant in Florida starts off with a water taxi ride, which will take you directly to the tropical, secluded eatery. Picture dining outdoors right in the sunshine, with hand-tossed pizza peppering the menu. Grab a few frozen cocktails and sit outside as you enjoy the privacy and picturesque views. 6. June: Savor Steaks and Prime Cuts at The Knife Restaurant

7. July: Casual Waterfront Dining and Drinks at DJ’s Deck

This tropical-inspired tiki bar sits right on the river and will have you feeling like you’ve entered vacation mode. So grab a cold beer and sit at a table overlooking the river, and you'll begin to feel your worries melt away.

8. August: Classic Italian Cuisine and Cozy Vibes at Miceli’s

Miceli’s Restaurant is a fun, family-friendly spot in Matlacha, smack dab on the water. Diners can enjoy a wide variety of Italian-American eats while sitting on the patio right on the docks. Arrive by car, boat, or canoe and feast on pizzas, calamari, calzones, and more. Located in the colorful fishing village of Matlacha, the restaurant pairs well with exploring local art galleries and waterfront shops.

9. September: Enjoy Fresh Seafood with a View at The Landing Strip

For September, we have a high-flying adventure at a restaurant located on the Palm Coast. The Landing Strip Restaurant, next to the Flagler County Airport, allows guests to watch planes take off and land while dining. With tons of airplane memorabilia lining the walls and an impressive menu of bar staples and American comfort food, this place is perfect for unwinding. 10. October: Cozy Up with Delicious Hot Pots at The Hopping Pot

For October, we recommend a trip to Orlando for the ever-magical Hopping Pot. This themed restaurant is located inside the Wizarding World of Harry Potter™ – Diagon Alley™. It's not a formal sit-down restaurant but rather a weathered bar with an amazing selection of beverages and on-the-go snacks. And just wait until you try the Butterbeer ice cream. When visiting a theme park, admission is necessary. This is a fun stop during October when the Wizarding World feels especially festive.

11. November: Hearty Comfort Foods Await at Mama’s Kitchen

We’re going to focus a bit on breakfast for the month of November with a trip to Mama's Kitchen. This popular restaurant offers guests some of the best breakfast foods in Florida (with some delightful lunch options, too!) If you're craving a big, hearty breakfast, you simply can't go wrong with an order of biscuits and gravy. The omelets are delightful, too! You'll want to bring the whole family for this one. Mama’s Kitchen is famous for its generous portions and homestyle cooking, especially in the morning. So be sure to arrive early.

12. December: Celebrate the Holidays with Fresh Seafood at Tony’s

When the weather gets cold, even if it’s "Florida cold," then we recommend taking a trip to Tony’s Seafood Restaurant for some of the best clam chowder in the state. Tony’s Restaurant in Cedar Key was awarded the best clam chowder for three years in a row at the Knorr Great Chowder Cook-Off in Rhode Island, before retiring from the competition. Come warm up your soul with a delightful bowl.
