Sip Hot Chocolate And Visit Santa Claus On The North Pole Limited Christmas Train Excursion In Tennessee

The Christmas spirit is alive and well here in the Volunteer State, with holiday events and experiences popping up around the state. The North Pole Limited is one of Chattanooga's famed yearly events. The traditional trek through the Hiwassee Gorge is known amongst children and parents alike for its fun, holiday atmosphere, and affordability. The trek to the North Pole has been regaling children since 1999 and shows no signs of stopping!

The North Pole Limited Train is one of the most popular events hosted by the Tennessee Valley Railroad.

The 60-minute train ride takes children and their parents on a magical journey from the heart of the American South to the magical wonderland of the North Pole.

The train travels through the gorgeous Hiwassee Gorge, and the experience takes roughly an hour to complete.

Children will be provided holiday-themed refreshments like cookies and hot cocoa while they write their own letters to Santa Claus on the train.

Little ones will get to see Santa greeting the train, and the Elves will provide decadent hot chocolate for the trek back to Grand Junction.

There is magic in the air and nothing like a train ride to the most magical place on earth to create a fun holiday tradition for your family.

All passengers will receive homemade cookies, hot cocoa, a darling boarding pass keepsake, and a bell. Every family will also be given an honorary North Pole Limited ornament to take home.
