Spring’s warmer days mean a whole lot of goodness and fun. Now that we’ve bid farewell to summer, we’re ready to spend as much time outdoors as we can; a Rhode Island state park is a good option for a day outdoors. An even better option is marking your calendar for a spring festival in Rhode Island. The Spring Festival at Rocky Point State Park is one of our favorites in Warwick, Rhode Island.
Start counting down the days to the Warwick Police Department Spring Festival. The event is usually held in early May at Rocky Point State Park. Keep an eye out for the official event date and times for 2024.
The daylong festival promises a full menu of family-friendly fun, scrumptious food, and plenty of shopping. Kiddos of all ages will love the special touch-a-truck event, and there will be several demonstrations.
Held in conjunction with We Be Jammin' Events and Ocean State Food Truck Festival, the spring celebration will feature dozens of vendors. Carve out plenty of time to explore and shop, and go on a wagon ride.
DJ Eddie the Fixer will be on hand to get everyone in a spring kind of mood, providing music that will get your feet moving and grooving. Dancing is encouraged.
All of that non-stop fun is sure to help you work up a hearty appetite. Grab a bite to eat from one of your favorite food trucks.
When you’re not hanging out at the festival, spend some time wandering around Rocky Point State Park.
Everyone in Warwick is counting down until the fun begins!
