The Sight Of Fall Foliage In Pennsylvania From Up Above Is Unbeatable On This Scenic Chair Lift Ride
Blue Mountain Resort offers a scenic chair lift ride for breathtaking views of fall foliage in Pennsylvania.
Once the colors of fall start painting the landscape, we want to see the fall foliage as much as we can. After all, one of the most beautiful parts of the year - the peak fall foliage - lasts for such a short time. One of the best ways to drink in the spellbinding fall foliage in Pennsylvania is to climb aboard a scenic chair lift ride.
Blue Mountain Resort, in Palmerton, beckons outdoor lovers all year around with its many outdoor activities - from skiing to mountain biking.
When autumn rolls around, the landscape transforms into a colorful artist's palette, offering the perfect opportunity for leaf peeping.
You won't find better views at Blue Mountain Resort, any time of the year, than from high above the ground on one of the chair lift rides.
When you strap into the chair lift, you're in for a breathtaking 22-minute journey that will provide sweeping views of the colorful scenery.
Four guests can comfortably sit on the Comet Quad Chairlift, which runs every Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. from May through October.
Buy your tickets at Valley Lodge, where you'll also strap into the chairlift for the round-trip journey. Tickets cost just $10 per person and include unlimited rides that day.
When you purchase a ticket, you'll also receive a $5 voucher to use at the resort's Slopeside Pub & Grill.
Please note that all guests must wear a mask when in line and when getting on and off of the chairlift.
Ride the chair lift as many times as you want on the day you purchase your ticket then consider checking out the other outdoor activities. The resort also features a ropes course, outdoor laser tag, and disc golf.
