7. The Rimsky-Korsakoffee House
This dessert and coffee house in Portland is open late and has a very unique, "casually threatening" atmosphere. This haunted restaurant is full of oddities, including tables that slowly spin or rise up and down while live musicians play old tunes on a baby grand piano.

5. The Octopus Tree
It doesn’t get much cooler than a giant Octopus-tree tucked away in cheese-capital, Tillamook, right? Located at Cape Meares Scenic Viewpoint, this tree is a huge oddity for the area and is believed to be close to 300 years old! Instead of one tree trunk shooting up toward the sky, this tree has one central base with a body of trees that split into smaller trunks.

4. Mill Ends Park
The smallest park in the world is in Portland, and it's only two feet in diameter. It's not the sort of park to bring a picnic to, but it's certainly weird. If you aren't looking for it, you might just walk right on by!

2. Peterson Rock Garden & Museum
This amazing rock garden in Redmond was built by one man. The garden contains four acres of incredible structures, completely made out of rocks and petrified wood, including replicas of famous buildings, bridges, and castles. The garden is open to the public every day and is a wonder to behold.
