Family-owned and operated for more than 50 years, Lindy's Landing is situated in the northeast corner of Illinois, north of Chicagoland. It is known for its excellent views, dynamic menu, and unforgettable customer service.

This lovely patio restaurant is located right on Bangs Lake. It opened in 1965 and includes a marvelous marina that is available for boats in the summer.

More than 100 boats can rent space at this marina between May and October, so you'll soon be able to see a plethora of charming charters floating by.

There are a variety of dining spaces at this outstanding place. In addition to the patio, there is also the beachfront pavilion outside as well as the port room, starboard room, and anchor room that are inside and which each offer a unique experience.

The next best thing to the views here is the food. In general, you'll find appetizers, burgers, seafood, BBQ, sandwiches, and salads.

Lindy's Landing favorites include cheese curds, bang bang shrimp, pulled pork sliders, ultimate nachos, bistro medallions, baby back ribs, and grilled salmon. You'll also find many chicken dishes, pot roast, loaded mac and cheese, fish tacos, cheesesteaks, and wraps.

Classics like chicken fingers, reubens, turkey burgers, and wedge salads are also available. Specials include Friday fish fry and Saturday prime rib nights.

If you love the food but can't eat in, delivery and curbside to-go services are also available (as well as catering). Hours of operation are 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
