It changed hands a few times until the Delaware River and Bay Lighthouse Foundation, a non-profit organization, took over ownership. Now, you can climb to the top of the 50' structure and gaze out across the Delaware Bay, taking in some great sights and spotting the Harbor of Refuge Lighthouse across the way.
