Growing up, one of my favorite places to visit with family was Grand Lake, thanks to not only our beautiful family cabin but the sandy beach area, hiking, shopping, and sight-seeing opportunities. As an adult (and now a parent), one of my favorite places to be is STILL Grand County, thanks, in part, to all of the above – plus the world’s best brunch from the Fat Cat Cafe:

Recently relocated from Grand Lake to nearby Granby, the Fat Cat Cafe is a quirky and downright delicious restaurant that arguably serves some of the best food in the Rocky Mountains!
