River Gorge Excursions opens at 9 a.m. every day of the week, and if you are looking to tour the gorge you can expect to pay $35 a person. If your group consists of only 2 people, then expect to pay $45 a person. It's a small price to pay for the adventure of a lifetime!

You can bring your own food and drink on the boats, and if you choose to rent a boat you will be provided with a tank full of fuel. Lifejackets are provided for each person boarding the boat, and all children under the age of 12 are required to wear one at all times on the boat. River Gorge Excursions strongly encourages all visitors to wear a lifejacket the entire time on the boat.

If you choose to enjoy a guided tour you will be treated to two hours of time on the Tennessee River, navigating the gorge with the help of a thoughtful and knowledgeable guide. You can choose to rent a boat for yourself, if you have a party or event you’d like to celebrate on your own, and prices range from $200 for a half-day to $325 for a full day.
