Housed In An Igloo-Shaped Building, Daddy Maxwell’s Is One Of Wisconsin’s Most Unique Eateries
There are several characteristics that make a restaurant memorable. For some, it’s the fare. For others, it’s the setting. And if you’re lucky enough, you’ll find one where it’s both – and that’s exactly the case with Daddy Maxwell’s, an igloo-shaped eatery that serves up some great grub. Take a look:
The unique structure was built sometime in the 1940s – and you can tell since the interior features lots of nods to the classic diners of decades ago, such as vinyl booths and countertop seating.
Daddy Maxwell’s opens at 6 a.m. Wednesday – Monday. For more information, call (262) 245-5757. You can also check out Daddy Maxwell’s website or Facebook page.
This isn’t the only great diner in the state. Read about another here.
