Going to Bainbridge Island is a pretty magical experience all on its own. While it’s just a short 35-minute ferry ride from Seattle, it truly feels like entering another (beautiful) world. Greg Atkinson has a pretty impressive culinary resume. He was one of the earliest chefs to work directly with farmers to create the menus at Friday Harbor House, and he worked at Canlis in Seattle for several years, revolutionizing their stellar menu.
Needless to say, from the food to the wine, everything here is pretty impressive.
