10 Amazing Restaurants Along The Washington Coast You Must Try Before You Die
We might not have the weather of the Southern California beach towns, but Washington’s coastal communities are just as charming and beautiful. Many of them also happen to have delicious food. The next time you’re near the water, give one of these highly rated restaurants a try.
1. Blue Buoy Restaurant, 2323 Westhaven Dr., Westport
Whether it's a classic fish and chips lunch or a savory breakfast you're craving, you'll find it at Blue Buoy Restaurant, which is open only until 1:30PM (2:30 on weekends).
2. The Cove, 9604 Pacific Hwy., Long Beach
You'll find a little bit of everything at this casual American eatery, which happens to be the most highly rated restaurant in Long Beach.
3. Ocean Grill, 845 Ocean Shores Blvd NW., Ocean Shores
Romantic dim lighting, a relaxing ambiance and just plain amazing food make this place a must for anyone visiting Ocean Shores.
4. The Depot Restaurant, 1208 38th Pl., Seaview
The co-owner of The Depot is also the head chef, and it's apparent by the food's taste and quality that he takes pride in his efforts (and really knows what he's doing).
5. Alder Wood Bistro, 139 W Alder St., Sequim
This restaurant is a bit elusive... they're only open 3-4 nights a week, and they will actually be closed for the month of January. But if you're planning a trip to the Olympic Peninsula next year, it's definitely worth stopping here to enjoy a meal made from fresh local ingredients.
6. The Restaurant at Friday Harbor House, 130 West St #101, Friday Harbor
Friday Harbor House is a beautiful place to stay, and the onsite restaurant doesn't scrimp on quality or service.

Pickled Fish is located at the top of the modern Adrift Hotel. The scenic ocean views are topped only by the craft cocktails and delicious entrees.
8. Prima Bistro, 201 ½ First St., Langley
There's no shortage of wonderful food in Langley, but Prima Bistro is definitely one of your best bets for an amazing meal. Their Northwest-inspired French food, casual but romantic ambiance and friendly service make it a great date night or group dining spot.
9. Adrift Restaurant, 510 Commercial Ave, Anacortes
Adrift serves brunch, burgers and seafood dinners in a charming historic building, and we recommend trying all three categories there - it's that good.
