Johannes von Trapp has built a world class brewery on the grounds of his family’s lodge in the pristine mountains of Stowe.
While many breweries use fine ingredients, not many can claim that they use their own natural resources to make their brews.
But that’s not the case here!
This beer is brewed on the grounds of the Trapp Family Lodge, using pure Vermont spring water from their own property.
The food is equally magnificent.
From schnitzel to burgers, this is a perfect place to start or end your day of exploring the property on skis or bikes.
It’s great for a destination all on its own, too!
The public is welcome in this merry restaurant.
The freshest of ingredients are used, and often from right on the property.
