One of the best things about Utah’s national parks is that they’re so remote and vast, but that often means that your dining options are limited, especially during the off season. Here’s a little cafe in Springdale that’s the perfect place to stop while you’re visiting Zion National Park, and it has something to please every palate.
Oscar's Cafe has been serving hungry visitors for more than 20 years, and it's one of the most popular restaurants in all of Southern Utah.
You'll find Oscar's right at the entrance of Zion National Park, at 948 Zion – Mount Carmel Hwy., Springdale, UT 84767.
The dining room is bright and spacious...
...but when the weather's nice, you'll definitely want to dine on the patio. Enjoy the sunshine and fresh air that makes Springdale so wonderful!
Oscar's opens bright and early at 7 a.m. for breakfast, and there's something to suit every taste here. If you love Mexican food, you'll want to sink your teeth into a breakfast burrito, smothered in homemade chili verde. If you're more in the mood for traditional American fare, you'll find pancakes, eggs, and bacon to get your day started right.
One of the things that makes Oscar's Cafe so special is that you can get a wide variety of food here. While some restaurants specialize in burger, and others in Mexican food, Oscar's has created a menu that has a little bit of everything on it - and it's all spectacular.
Oscar's serves up some of the best Mexican food in the state. From tasty tacos to melt-in-your-mouth burritos and chile verde, your taste buds will be tingling when you order a Mexican entree.
If you're in the mood for a big rack 'o ribs, Oscar's doesn't disappoint. The Killer Ribs are smothered in a proprietary Jack Daniels BBQ sauce and grilled to perfection.
Speaking of tasty things off the grill, the burgers here are legendary, and there are nearly a dozen to choose from. Try the Oscar Burger - a half-pound garlic burger topped with melted provolone, pastrami, lettuce, tomato, onion. pickle, mayo, and mustard.
You'll also find a host of scrumptious sandwiches on Oscar's menu, including pastrami and sauerkraut, chicken and Swiss, pulled BBQ pork, and steak and cheese, just to name a few.
Visit Oscar's Cafe for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. It's open seven days a week, from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m..
Check out the full menu at Oscar’s on the restaurant’s website . Have you dined here? We’d love to hear about your experience!
