Hop Aboard The North Pole Express Train, An Enchanting Christmas Train Ride Through Pennsylvania

It just doesn't get more magical than winter in Pennsylvania. And it's hard to believe -- but Christmastime will soon be here. To celebrate the season, the New Hope Railroad invites you on a magical journey through the scenic landscape of Bucks County on the North Pole Express Train. And who will be waiting at the station? All aboard! It's time for a magical journey to the North Pole, starting at the New Hope Railroad Station. Decked out in lights and holiday décor, it's the perfect send-off for your enchanting adventure.

Step aboard the beautifully restored passenger cars, dating back to the first half of the twentieth century. All are heated and will be traditionally decorated for the season, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere.

As the train meanders through the countryside, passengers will enjoy freshly baked cookies and hot cocoa. Plus, talented musicians will serenade everyone with live music, with all passengers encouraged to sing along to this festive selection of familiar holiday tunes.

At the end of your journey, Santa Claus will make an appearance to invite everyone to visit him at his Christmas workshop back at the train station, where his elves are busy making all the toy trains for the good little boys and girls across the world.

It's a meet-and-greet the little ones in your crew won't soon forget!

Upon disembarking in New Hope, you will stroll through the workshop, where you will have the opportunity to meet and take memorable photos with Santa. For your best photo purchase option, you can buy in advance online.

Before departing from the railroad, be sure to take some time and stroll through the beautifully decorated railroad station.

Both the restored 1891 Freight House Gift Shop and the Christmas Gift Shop located within the historic 1891 Victorian-style Passenger Station will be open for business, the perfect place to shop for any last-minute décor or gifts for those special people on your list.
