Lebanon Cornwall Scenic Byway in Lebanon County, Pennsylvania is perfect whether you’re in the mood for a Sunday drive or a mid-week adventure.

Fill up the tank and pack plenty of goodies for your leisurely drive along the Lebanon Cornwall Scenic Byway, which starts on Route 322 west of the Village of Quentin and ends at the Berks/Lebanon County line.

While you can drive along the Pennsylvania scenic byway without stopping, you might want to get out, stretch your legs, and check out a few of the stops along the way.

Winding its way through Pennsylvania Dutch country, the scenic byway passes the Middlecreek Wildlife Preserve.

Several hiking trails make exploring the 6,000-acre nature preserve easy. There’s plenty more to do, too, including stopping by the interactive visitor center.

Another popular stop on this scenic Pennsylvania route, the Lebanon Valley Rail Trail spans more than 20 miles and is popular with hikers and bikers. You might even want to just get out to stretch your legs and admire some of the scenery.

Get a glimpse of Pennsylvania’s rich history with a stop at Cornwall Iron Furnace. Explore the visitor center, which charges an admission fee and is open select days and hours.

Tours are also held at select times on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

Even if you don’t stop at one of the attractions along the way, the byway passes shops and restaurants. Pull over and have a bite to eat or to stock up on souvenirs.
