Your first stop is Baldpate Mountain in Hopewell Township.
The mountain is located within the Ted Stiles Preserve and offers miles of hiking for anyone looking to try snowshoeing, nordic skiing, or just hoofin' it with waterproof boots.
If you would rather enjoy the view from your car, you can take a drive up to the summit parking lot.
Next up, pull over for a view at Goat Hill Overlook!
You will have to do a bit of walking to get up here - the view is about half a mile from the parking lot. It's pretty well maintained, but bring snowboots if lots of powder fell.
After your snowy treks up Baldpate and Goat Hill, head into Lambertville for lunch.
There are plenty of cafes and restaurants to choose from, plus shops where you can spend some time browsing while you warm up.
Your penultimate stop is the Milford Bluffs, where you'll find plenty of nature to see.
The view from the top is of the Delaware River! If you're lucky, you'll see it partially frozen over.
